Would any of the micro cell sites be shown on the FCC locations tab? Supposedly, the City of Milwaukee installed one at my hospital for better ER coverage for PD and FD, but I've looked all over and can't find this thing.

If it is a BDA/DAS, they are supposed to register them w/FCC. To search for registered "signal boosters", check here.
If it is a BDA/DAS and it isn't registered, I would point them to same URL so they are properly registered.
