OPP Encrypted in Kitchener

OPP seems encrypted on Cedarwood tower in Kitchener.

I've heard some odd patches on Burlington as well (they were patched with Hamilton City Police Monday night around 02:00 -with both Orillia CC, and Hamilton City dispatching their respective units)

What radio are you using to hear this? Just looking at your profile it says you are using a BCT 15X which isn’t a digital scanner to the best of my knowledge.

If anything like a new encrypted TG or even use was heard there are a ton of us who would be right on top of it. This does not mean do not post weird activity when you hear it but be sure it is what you think it is before posting.

I was using a G5 pager. I could tell it was the OPP dispatch. It was only for a bit. Some OPP were clear other were garbled

They do tests at 2 am 4 am on occasion and are patched at times on shared calls.

I'm guessing the RID came up as something like 30397 or 30398?
