I wonder what OTA is up to? I know they have switched most all of their coms to OKWIN. It's also interesting that Total Radio out of Tulsa has this contract instead of in house state radio techs. Anyone have any idea?

In theory, the OTA is a separate entity from the state government bureaucracy so they are free to contract with whoever gives them the best deal. Of course, we know that the legislature is still involved so who the hell really knows?
