Does anyone know of the following emissions designators will allow the user to transmit encrypted 700 MHz P25 voice?

8K10F1D, 8K10F1E, 8K70D1W, 8K70F1E

Or is a different emissions desinator required and if so which one?

No, emission designators don't work like that. Encryption still produces voice or data on the other end, so the end product would be an E or D regardless. The D1W/F1E emissions typically describe Phase 2 TDMA.

Think of an emission designator as describing a building. 2 floors, a door, windows, and garage. It doesn't tell you what's inside or how the building is used.

The only way to tell if something is encrypted is to listen to it, or look at it with an application that can detect that it's secure.

Also keep in mind, with many systems Encryption is controlled by an on/off switch on each radio, so you have to log & monitor the relevant talkgroup for a while to see if everyone uses Encryption all the time.
