Your best bet is to hook up to the folks with GEMOTO. They've been regular attendees at NEAR-Fest in Deerfield for at least the past 3 years. They're heavily into P-25 for ham radio. The only P-25 repeater I see in NH is in Madbury, unfortunatly not local to you. Rick, K1RJZ is the guy that gives the seminars at NEAR-Fest, so he'd be the guy to contact for your interest.

P25 in NH

Try 145.270 -600 NAC 244 DCS244. I put this system on this summer. It is on top of a 420' tower in Southborough MA. and is over 800' ASL. Covers well into NH north of Manchester, east to Boston, west to Brimfield, and south into most of RI and close to the CC Canal.
