Both. Are you talking single frequencies or a trunked system?
Whiskey3JMC, I think they are single like STACD Statewide 853.7875 OR Statewide CH 1 851.10000, ect.
STACD is analog there is no NAC, and Simplex 1 is $293, same thing, no NAC. But W3 is essentially correct. There can be a NAC in both.
$293 is the NAC.
