P25 talk groups

OK I know this has been asked before... but I could not find with search... can someone tell me how to convert smartnet/smartzone TG's to P25 TG's...? isn't it a simple math formula..?

Mutiply or divide by 16. But we have seen some discrepancies between OWKIN ID's and P-25 ID's using this method. If your sure the OKWIN ID was correct divide by 16 for the P-25 ID, or if you see a P-25 ID multiply by 16 to find the OKWIN ID. Some of the new P-25 ID's are matching up to the OKWIN ID's using this method.

Looking for good talkgroup to discuss radiosetup for p25 hotspots. MyEFJ works fine. My Harris does not get in. Must be a setting. Tried TG20100, great group. No one seems to be using Harris.

Harris would be an awesome product to use it's just the fact of RPM being so incredibly expensive! I myself have a M7200 and no way of having it programmed.
