Thanks for the reply. I have no problem with roaming when I travel. I have a Wio set up it would be nice to see it auto roam through all the frequencies have loaded for the trip on their own. No biggie maybe in the future. Thanks
Great to hear you have the Wio.I have a Wio set up it would be nice to see it auto roam through all the frequencies have loaded for the trip on their own.
Yes set it up like I said and it will auto roam like you want. I'm in the backyard roaming 15 systems as we speak on a car jump start battery. Thanks for the reply. Todd I loaded config 05-31-1344 12 hours ago playing really good. I finished up my road trip which I will test next week. I loaded 35 site's 87 frequencies and had no problem after you fixed the java.

Very good. This could be a future Wio screen that shows the roaming table info and other settings in the P25RX hardware. My question was it would be nice that it would show all of what you have set up in the program while you're roaming (traveling)
Like a scanner with GPS.
Great idea. Adding an external GPS module to find current location certainly could be done using the Wio GPIO serial pins. However, the gps location use with a scanner may be patented. (...therefore, not a topic I plan to work on for my Wio.)It would be nice to auto switch to pick up the next location. I hope this explains my question. Thanks for the reply and the work your doing with Todd
The current Wio terminal firmware does turn off the roaming/scanning option during initialization. I will look into what happens if an option is added to enable/disable roaming/scanning.Thank you all for your answers. I will Talk to Todd when things slow down and see if there's away to follow all sites programmed when roaming with out a mouse on the Wio screen. It's going to be a P25RX code mod. I think. Thanks again
