There is no PTC District 6. Today, while driving down the NE Extension from Pocono I saw 10307 appear multiple times briefly before the encryption block passed over it, so I would suspect that is District 5 PSP now.

Just to correct this...10307 is most likely District 4, as @u2brent had guessed. I had some time to set up logging again and was getting constant hits on 10307 on the 148 site with PSP King of Prussia units. Havent seen any Bowmansville or Pocono units show up on other talkgroups, yet. Switched over to site 75, but no turnpike traffic there while I've been watching.

TG 10305 showed up around 2:15 pm on the Fulton simulcast sites this afternoon, RIDs 15000077, 1202807, 1202810, 1203167, 1202823, and 1203168. At the same time on the Fulton county sheriff frequency 2 DCNR ranger units were working an incident on the abandoned turnpike between, possibly related.
