Pausing/Stopping Stream through Broadcastify or RR

Is it possible as the feed provider to pause or stop my feed through the website? For example if I'm not home and I want to pause my feed for officer safety reasons etc.

No. You can use software like Proscan to remotely control your scanner.

That would be a pretty cool function in the "manage my feed" page. Althoug if anyone ever hacked into it, it could be pretty problematic. How about a "Halt Feed for 10 minutes" function? That might be handy.

When my feeds were up, and something requiring muting happened, I used TeamViewer. Could use my phone to control the computer the feeds were on.

For a linux host there's always ssh. It's not overly convenient but can be done if needed.

Team Viewer is a pretty cool app and would allow you to shut it down and restart it from a remote location.
