PCM modulation

What would happen if I feed a radio with PCM? :lol: Would you just hear a long tone sound?

Possibly. Do it fast enough and you get direct sequence spread spectrum.

I looked everywhere for a schematic and really can't find an input and output diagram.

Now how do I go about connecting this two my FRS or MURS radio? :lol: Could I attached to mic in or would I have to go before mic in stage?

I just want a poor mans privacy coms.

You would want to drive the modulation directly and take off the discriminator before audio processing. CVSD might be easier.

I wouldn't know the first thing about doing that to a MURS or FRS two way. My idea is just to PCM the audio and output it.
