Pending Application Disappearing?

I have applied twice to host a live feed and the pending application goes away and I have yet to hear anything, any ideas?

If you are referring to your feed for: Logan County Police, Fire, and EMS
I show it was approve on 2010-10-01 an is on line.

If you are referring to another feed application, what was it for?
Did you include all the info that will be on the feed?
You may have received an e-mail that was not replied to?
