In January, Pendleton Co had a new VHF license issued

- unknown if its police / fire or EMS

I know Pendleton Co doesn't have many frequencies in the DB, and I don't know how active they are on SIRN. So I figured I'd post this license just in case somebody wants to program in 155.6775 and see if its something interesting that should be listed in the database.

Pendleton is very active on SIRN. Their primary communications is using SIRN. Fire EMS dispatch is UHF now. I will monitor this new frequency.
