There are frequencies listed for Danville however I never hear anything…I do receive dmr systems such as Bloomsburg University…also Bloomsburg Geisinger has a radio system but not listed in RR

Select service group drop down "Part 90..." then click the Geosearch button. Enter coordinates and range and it'll query FCC licenses within the given GPS coordinates and specified range

Well being at Geisinger and seeing the radios in action they are there…the question is are they dmr

Your best bet would be bringing a close call (& assuming DMR) capable scanner to see if you get any hits, although it may not work great for simplex DMR
