Can a BCD436 handle the Phil PD P25 system? Any advice for how to set it up.

Yes it can with some decoding issues. Download the db using the Sentinal software..

Thanks... I did that and don't seem to hear anything. I'm sitting in the center of Phil and would expect to hear more.

Do you have the proper Service Types selected in Settings? For PD they would be Law Dispatch, Law Tac, and Law Talk.

I believe it's correct. I let sentinel do all the programming. It appears the service types are in there and correct.

Yes, Sentinel does list the proper service types when the database is used. I would still manually go into the radio thru Menu>Select Service Types and ensure those service types are marked "On".
