When a feed is “Offline” there could be many reasons for this.
The majority of the time the provider is having technical difficulties with his/her feed.
When a feed goes offline, the volunteer that provides it is notified automatically
by e-mail letting them know (for that reason, you cannot submit problem reports for feeds that are “Offline”).
If a feed remains “Offline” for at least 3 weeks it will automatically be "Deleted" by the system, once this happens it will no longer be listed in the directory.
