What I'm trying to figure out is if the City itself has its own, or if they utilize the same one the county uses. I saw mention of two channels, hence my inquiry.

They are the County's , didn't know the City had access to them.
Have been using them for quite awhile since they moved tac ops off off the operations channel. The city has access to all countywide channels and has for some time. Have heard motorcycle and other city officers quite frequently on countywide public safety for motorcades etc.

Note that there is only one repeater channel/frequency, it is used in either analog or digital mode. Primarily digital and encrypted. AC stands for Allegheny County.
