ISP Dist 51 is on scene of a plane crash at 8692 South US 1 in Randolph County near the town of Modac. This is a crop dusting plane that went down in a bean field. 51-11 and Randolph County Sheriff are at the crash site. Radio traffic is on safe-t talkgroup 4112 ISP 51 DSP.
