Hey
There is a huge problem i ask in an German Board but the dont know any answer...
Now the Question is why das TellMe dont recive all Aircraft?
TellMe ignore all smaller Aircraft Like Dash and Private Jets. The Fokker work all.

I would try posting in the Planeplotter Yahoo group. You might get a better response there. Its owned by the makers of the software too.

The Author of TellMe is death the say...
And i find nobody who use that Software or know how the exactly work.

Not all aircraft have ADS-B transponders.

From the link below:

"Today, roughly 60% of all passenger aircraft (70% in Europe, 30% in the US) are equipped with an ADS-B transponder. This percentage is steadily increasing as ADS-B is set to replace radar as the primary surveillance method for controlling aircraft."

Common aircraft models that usually have an ADS-B transponder and are visible on Flightradar24 (within ADS-B coverage):

Hes talking about logging software and its alerts on different aircraft. Its not ADS-B specific.

Hey
I see that Plane like Dash, Fokker,... in Planeplotter ok the Dash and some smaller Aircraft have no Position Data.
The huge problem is TellMe ignore the Dash and some other Aircraft and i dont know why....

OK well looking at that, the aircraft with no position data have mode s transponders, which only transmit altitude. As to why TellMe ignores that aircraft, I have no idea.

You see some Aircraft have no Position Data and the are in the Logfile?!
All major Aircraft have more than one Filter like the Dash:
1) AUA/ OS Dash Reg
2) AUA/ OS Flightnumber
3) OE-.... Registration (you can see it as a example)

Have you configured/modified "TellMe" to alert on these aircraft types? Can you post your configuration file?

Looks like the formatting is good. It is alerting for other aircraft, correct?
Have you tried commenting out one of your examples to see if maybe two alerts on the same aircraft is a problem?
How about an alert for "DH8D"? Will these aircraft show up for this?

Yes and No i the Server Run 24/7 and some Aircraft who hase an correct Pos. are not in the Logfile.
On this time i watch the ACARS Data and only Aircraft white an Positions are in the Logfile...

That's insane...

I have no problem with mode-s only alerts.
What type of receiver are you using?

I cant use this because i want to Track only OS DH8 and the other Aircraft are in an Country Logfiles.

Other Aircraft like Airbus, Fokker and Boing work. Thats the same only the Reg is different.

I can send you the whole Filter List via PM if you want?
