I've been logging and a certain system for a few months now. Figuring out TGs and UIDs through the record playback feature, it's been working great. But lately the playback is not working. The program is up to date. The recorder is turned on. It's still logging correctly but when I hit play .....nothing. The playback bar doesn't even move. Any ideas? Thanks

"On #3, you changed it." I changed what?
Ok. I'll write it all out. just figured you knew what step I was referring to without typing it all out.

3. Insure no other apps such as VLC are connected to the scanner IP audio as only one program can access it at a time. Answered "Yes, I'm not running any other scanner software i.e. (Butel ARC)"

Yes is meant as yes I checked that I am NOT running any other apps such as VLC on this scanner IP audio. I am not running any other scanner software through this scanner IP audio.

Because it's a very low count. If it was passing audio data, it would be in the millions.
On #3, you changed it. I was referring to VLC or another program that uses the ethernet audio.

if you don't mind me saying this, I would double and triple check your antivirus software. If seen a few times after about checking the 10th time "Oh I didn't know that I had this antivirus or internet security program running"
Antivirus is turned off.

Well I will say this it is your setup I have 3 SDS200's connected to a new Windows 11 Pro PC.
I have bought and paid for 4 Licenses and am running 8 PC's with copies of Proscan 1 of them has 16 working copies and I have no errors.
Also being overbearing and argumentive is not helping your case.

Sorry you feel that way. Everybody has their own opinion.

I have no other suggestions other then recheck everything. Perhaps someone else may want to chime in.

{edit} Can you check your firewall(s).

That's it, sir. Audio input is working now. I appreciate you taking the time and having the patience of troubleshoot my problem. Titles and badges don't mean that much to me when it comes to an open forum, like this. I assume you're the owner/developer of Proscan? You have best scanner monitoring software product on the market. I've purchased other scanner software products and that roughly do the same thing as yours, but I always go back to Proscan. Just realize there's a few folks out here that do not know computer jargon. VLC, AVG and TCP etc. are abbreviations that takes time to learn.
