Police scanning questions with bcd325

I'm fairly new with scanning and was wondering if someone could give me more information on these police frequencies (specifically Troop B3) to determine whether they're encrypted or not and if a BCD325P2 scanner could pick them up. Thanks.

The channels on that page are all conventional (non-trunked) frequencies. The 325P3 would have no problems receiving any of them.

If your radio is capable of analog conventional frequencies, then yes. If not, no.

Sure you can but you might be alot better off with a Scanner. Some States like one near me you would get your radio confiscated have to go to court and explain to the judge why you had a radio.

VTSP has been experimenting with a migration to P25, so be prepared for that, if they do cut over. No word on CLR or ENC
