Military Possible new USCG air frequency

Hearing a lot of ALE and voice traffic on 13221 khz USB. Found this listed as an off-route USCG air channel but I don't remember seeing this active recently. A few conversations between NOJ (Kodiak, AK) and 2013 (HC-130J) -- can hear both sides fairly well. A little fading here and there. Can't locate 2013 on ADS-B as yet but he's out there -- somewhere.

I copy them often loud and clear here in SW Idaho on my R-75 and 65 ft LW at 2800 ft elevation in the hills above Boise.
