I've been listening to Greenwich Public Safety on my Pro-107:
Greenwich (Motorola Type-II) Trunking System, Greenwich, Connecticut - Scanner Frequencies

Using the following default bandplan from ARC500 Pro:

440 559 440 851.025000 025.000
0 719 0 851.012500 025.000
720 759 0 848.000000 025.000
815 831 0 846.625000 025.000
958 958 958 868.975000 025.000
961 1022 0 843.400000 025.000

About a month ago this bandplan was flawless and I was catching 95% of the transmissions but now I hear only very few. I'm not sure what this issue is, no encryption. Any thoughts?

Copied from the link you posted:

The Greenwich system is completely rebanded and Police, Fire and EMS are all digital. The city services are analog. The police radios have the option to encrypt any channel they talk on.

Does the Pro-107 decode digital?

The Pro-107 is a digital trunking scanner. I've been monitoring their TRS for a very long time and this is a new problem I am encountering. Could it be a reprogramming of radios? I don't believe its a problem with the scanner it's self but perhaps the rebanding table. Hmmmmm...

I appreciate the help guys :)

Oh my gosh.......I meant a PRO-106 scanner, I just got mixed up. I have a PRO-106 scanner when I listen to the TRS. Sorry for the confusion.

I would reload the system from a good copy. Be sure a channel did not get locked out inadvertantly. The issue is more likely something you would do from the panel and not deep inside a menu unless you were changing settings within the system.

That is that bizzare band plan that has been floating around since rebanding started. You only need the first two lines for a rebanded system. There are no systems in CT that have not completed rebanding.

Care to share what the error was, in case someone else makes the same mistake, or copies the table posted above with the error?
