I am trying to post some updates to Renfrew Co. - Ontario, Canada.

Now when I try to post an update and it ask's for the County, I select Renfrew, but then it just goes right back to the beginning of it and if ya post it'll say statewide (provincewide) instead.

Any way of correcting this?

I don't know, some updates seem to have went through. But it's still happening.

On behalf of the database administrators, I would like to apologize to everybody for not working submissions in a timely manner.

I apologize that I have a life. I apologize for taking time out for my wife, kids and job. I apologize that a ctcss tone update for an obscure link frequency that nobody probably listens to might take a while to get updated in the database because I've got to take my kids to hockey.

I apologize that I don't get right at it and fix a sloppily formatted submission so it can be easily uploaded to the database. People should count on the admins to fix their submissions so they can be easily uploaded so they don't have to take time out to read the submission guidelines (http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=34). How long should it take me to edit out all the commas that somebody feels are necessary between the fields?

I apologize that I take time to check the submissions for accuracy, especially those that have been lifted from another website and resubmitted here. It's hard work to cut from somebody elses webpage and paste it into the submission box here. After all, if the information is on somebody elses webpage then it should be correct, right? Instead of contacting the webmaster of the data and asking if it's ok to post it here, I should just get it into the database as quickly as possible.

So once again, on behalf of my fellow administrators, I apologize if we take too long to get your information submitted. After all, your corner of the world is the most important, right?

Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah and Season's Greetings to all.

I promise I'll try better next year.

personally i appreciate the extra work put into this site... the accuracy, the details.... my ability to click on a county within the database and know that, if need be, i can plug those freqs into my scanner and listen....

maybe i should apologize for the sloppy submissions i make sometimes...but i will guarantee they are as accurate as i can make them and not lifted from some other site....
