Hi, to
@kylep997
Looking at your screenshot, I can see that you are decoding the Carnduff site # 153.
This site's channel numbers are:
#006 138.0300 TX #804 142.0050 RX
#042 138.2100 TX #840 142.2000 RX
#072 138.3600 TX #870 142.3500 RX
#144 138.7200 TX #636 141.1800 RX
RID 2212500 is the Carnduff base station, so RIDs above this will be alfa and bravo cars followed by the portables.

Look under "Action" for Login and Joins as the RID is on the site being decoded.
Look at these at shift changes at 7 am and 5 pm and at noon.
A member will go to the office prior to a shift change and pick a portable and turn it on = login/joins.
That member will then go to a unit in the parking lot and you will see that mobile login/join the local TG ID 14.
When you see those regular daily RID login/joins, those are your locals.
Look under "Service" for "Dat" = the RID is on site # 153, seen frequently = a local RID.
Portables will login/join and logout much more frequently than mobiles.
When you are out and about take note of any ID numbers that are seen on their units.
SHP cars have the last four digits of that unit's RID on the sides of their cars.
After you have done this for some time you will have built your own RID data base.
Move advanced techniques can be used later, such as decoding the data sent by the RIDs on the RX channels.
Decoding the voice channel messages.
Getting their encryption key IDs.
Taking it out on the road, go mobile with it. This is the best part.
Enjoy!
