Yet again in the last hour there has been a major incident occurring east of Regina involving White Butte and Indian Head detachments and traffic service units. CICC appears to be directing all the units that are involved in the incident. MOSS,
Fort Qu'Appelle, File Hills PS and PDS are also involved in the incident along with this RID 3210049.

Hi, to all.
I had a hunch that she and those 3 kids would turn up here.
She appeared to be just another trophy wife with her kids in an over priced SUV, and so went unnoticed amongst all the others that live around the local lakes.

Let's take a look at the RID's in use on Wednesday September 25, 2024.
2216438 LI on TG 161.
2211712 STRT LI on TG 62.
2211165 E255 LI on TG 10.
2213151 E390 LI on TG 50.
2211475 F- Div LI on TG 20.
2213157 GIS Yorkton LI on TG 164.
Most of these units were here all that day.

Hey Mobby, any ideas what this means? Captured with MultiPSK software. I was reading the audio channels with the software.

See post above #188, when I got home from work I could hear the alert tone that indicates CICC is in use.

At 6:12 pm MOSS was the first to be seen communicating with the portable IH#6 on TG 18 and then M351 FHPS moved to TG 16.
This I considered to be very unusual for M351 to leave it's home group, but this affiliation then enabled me to see that CICC was in use on the Broadview talk-group.
Just another armed robbery in progress.

Hi, all

This morning three very different RIDs are seen in the two screenshots traveling very close to each other through the coverage areas of both sites 71 and 72.

This appears to be more than just a coincidence and may help us to identify the new unknown user ID and it's TG ID.

I think that I may have just stumbled across the identity of the unknown unit that traveled through this region on its way to Yorkton this morning.

Moe visiting Yorkton as Saskatchewan election campaign continues

Now, I just had a look back to the morning of September 15th when Moe was at my location.

The RIDs 2213279 and 2213283 were both logged in on the talk-group ID 217 while Moe was here.

The RCMP TGs 214 to 217 appear to be shared with the province?

Are these four talk-groups really utilized by WEST?

WEST and Unknown unit 1.png

Cheers

PS, the P. Dojack RID just went past my location, west bound to Regina.

From 2:14 pm to 2:55 pm the RIDs 2263092 (TG 6266) and 2213283 (TG 217) traveled back through this area, west bound on the #10 highway to Regina.

RID 2213279 was not seen.

Moe's bus and security team?

I think so.

Hi, to all

The recent developments seen in the above posts #190 and #191, have caused me to have a look back through Unitrunker logs provided by our 2 RR members is Saskatoon, in addition my own logs and from my Pro96com logs.

It appears that the talk-group ID 217, first seen on November 26, 2021 has since replaced the talk-group ID 43 TAC 10, previously labelled as VIP. The TG 43 has been repurposed for use by CRT and other specialized units. Both of these TGs utilize the same general duty KEY ID 0057.

The talk-group IDs 214, 215, and 216, utilized by WEST, were first seen by one of our Saskatoon RR members on March 8, 2023 and these IDs had not been seen before this date. These three talk-groups were heavily used on October 4, 2023, when they were seen patched to many other RCMP talk-groups across the province from east to west in the hours following an incident that began in Melville, earlier on that day. The KEY ID utilized by these three talk-groups is unknown at this time.

These five RIDs appear to be utilized by an RCMP VIP security team based in Regina.
2213279 VIP security officer 1
2213280 VIP security officer 2
2213281 VIP security officer 3
2213282 VIP security officer 4
2213283 VIP security officer 5

The talk-group ID 6266 (KEY ID?), appears to be utilized by the:
Provincial Government VIP Transport unit.
2263091 Mobile
2263092 Mobile Scott Moe’s Bus
2263093 Mobile
2263094 Mobile
2263095 Mobile
2263096 Mobile
2263137 Portable
2263139 Portable
2263140 Portable
2266093
2266096

This talk-group ID and RIDs may have just been put into service for this provincial government election and may or may not be in use following it.

Hey Mobby, I read your posts on the Alberta thread, something that I have run into 3 times now is, when there is a supergroup formed for some event. I have seen the air support talking to the super group and then a local talkgroup, for example 62, talk to the plane and air responds on the supergroup. The in other words, the talk groups are responding outside the supergroup without any dynamic regroups. Is this something new or does air have more radios than the small size of the plane can hold.

I have logged the RIDs 2213279-2213283 all on 217 but a couple on other tgs

2213279 TG 168
2213280 TG 42 and 169

As far as 2263091 -2263140 I have also seen these RIDs on 6266 but very little activity and I couldn't relate it to any event but I didn't think of the Premier. I started seeing this tg in August.

2266093 and 2266096, I have not logged anything in this RID range.

Something new I logged what a radio test on TG 6491 by 2265245, but I have not seen any activity on it since.

Hi, wolffe

It would appear the the SPS-Air unit's radio is not always responding to the regroup messages and so it keeps returning to it's home group.
This may have something to do with the radio getting mixed messages from two radio sites at the same time?

The VIP security team RIDs 2213279 to 2213283 will also be a members of a specialized unit like STRT/WEST/CRT. This is much like the CIRT/ERT members that are general duty officers most of the time until called upon to undertake extraordinary tasks.

The RID 2265245 is an OFC radio tech seen on OFC-OPS-7.

Now for what I have been seeing.

RID 2264750 login 12:31 pm on talk-group ID 6177, site 72 on 10/28/2024.

SaskPower talk-group ID 1116 appears to be Zone #8-5
RID 2224544 login on site 72, TG 1116 on 10/29/2024.
RID 2224549 login on site 72, TG 1116 on 10/28/2024.

Today the only RCMP DOCC RID in use was the MOSS RID on TGs 10, 18 and 50.
It appears that all the other DOCC RIDs were down for some reason.

In post # 195 above I reported what I was seeing on Saturday afternoon, but there has been nothing reported about this incident.
From 3:33 to 3:35 pm when it appeared to be over, CICC was communicating frequently with only the RID 2215959.
I found no records for this RCMP RID in any of my files and it was not found in Ryan's data or your data.
I am very interested in finding out just what unit utilizes RID 2215959, as it appeared to take command of the incident and ended it.

Cheers.

Hi guys. I’m unable to monitor the system for a bit. Had a minor fire here. Something shorted in my desk drawer in my offfice. Fire contained to desk , but smoke damage throughout basement. My two primary computers for tracking the system both took water damage. Not sure how the SDR dongles faired. Could be a couple weeks before I can actively track the Moose Jaw tower again

Hi, all
Recently, I got some help with my radio settings in Unitrunker and now I am getting a decode rate of 98 to 100% on a site 30 miles from my location. I am hearing EMS, Fire Departments and SaskPower units in the southeast of the province. Estevan, Weyburn, Carlyle and many other locations. I am hearing all the action on the Delta FD TG and can see that there is a link RID 2212442 in use, but I do not know who is utilizing it at this time. See the screenshot.

Seeing SHP units frequently on the same site and SHP has a previously unknown TAC channel. See the screenshot.
Seeing SaskPower unit affiliations on talk-groups 1112 and 1116, appears to be Zone 8 channels 1 to 4, use unknown.

On Friday and Saturday, STRT units arrived on another site, but without any communications. See the screenshot.
E255 FIDS has been seen on the same radio site for a couple of days now.
I have been updating Wil's PPSTN Google document with new information, almost every day.

Cheers
