Pro-107/iScan

I purchased a used Pro-107/iScan scanner on Ebay but I am having issues. The CD the seller sent me was blank, no software. I downloaded the PSR-700 EZ Scan SD software because I'm told that works.

When I turn on the Pro-107, and go to "Browse Library", the screen says "Database files not found on SD Card.". If I take the SD card out and look at it on my computer, there are four folders: BTMP, CDAT, MTMP and STMP. Only the CDAT folder has anything in it.

If I start the EZ Scan software, and select SD Card/Copy library to SD card, a pop up opens saying "Select SD card", but my SD card isn't displayed in the drop down list.

I'm at a loss as to what I need to do to get this SD card properly programmed with the frequencies I need. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, but I got it all worked out. I was putting the SD card into the SD slot on my printer, but because my printer is a network/wireless printer, my computer was treating the SD card as a network hard drive, which the software wouldn't find. I plugged it into my wife's laptop and got it working.

Goto GRE America, Inc. - grecom scanner receiver, lcd modules, spread spectrum radio, wireless bridge, scanner antenna, scanner pre-amps. and download the software for the PSR-700, it's the same as the stock software

Correct, the PSR-700 software

will brick the PRO-107. If you can email me your address, I can send you a copy of the PRO-107 software.
