No, the 107 is not a good choice for the RCMP.
Look at the D's in the database listings, they indicate digital mode
Provincial Public Safety Telecommunications Network Trunking System, Provincewide, Saskatchewan - Scanner Frequencies
Try a Pro-106 or PSR 500 or BCD396XT, however these would not be considered "easy to use"

Try a Pro-106 or PSR 500 or BCD396XT, however these would not be considered "easy to use"
The 396XT can be considered easy to use if you are a Premium user and can dowload the entire Saskatchewan system into one scanner file. Most likely also the PSR 500 as well.
