Trying figure out if I can Bluetooth pro 2018 to phone or speaker any would be appreciated

yup and just about any audio device with an external speaker jack. check Amazon for bluetooth speaker jack dongles. they're likely available elsewhere as well.

I read somewhere that you can’t plug a Bluetooth transmitter and receiver in the the speaker jack on back of the RadioShack pro 2018 and it Bluetooth work not sure any help would be appreciated
