I have read all of the Wiki pages and I am still confused. I know I need to program an LTR trunking system with the frequencies in LCN order just as I used too with an EDACS system in my county that has been decommissioned. How do I determine what the correct LCN order is? The RR database does not have all of the frequencies listed for this system. This is a 10 channel system.

If it is a LTR, not all the channel numbers actually need to be filled in. So if the db (for example) only has channels 1,4,6 and 10, that's what you program. This is very common with LTRs. We have a few LTR utilities in our Trunked Radio Decoders article in our wiki, viz.

Trunked Radio Decoders - The RadioReference Wiki

Of course it would be a big help if we knew which system you were talking about...Mike

Note that only LTR standard (and I think LTR-net) can be trunked. The other LTR types can't.

Non-LTR Standard types (LTR Net and LTR Passport) cannot be trunked, but they can be monitored conventionally.

Here's something you can do with that 25-year-old analog scanner you have sitting up on the shelf in the closet. Program in all of the frequencies into a frequency bank and start listening.

And you can add the rarely seen LTR MutliNet to the types that can't be trunked, but yes, all of these can be conventionally scanned. That's why I said 'trunked' - not the same as 'scanned'...Mike

Here's the system Ken is trying to scan - it certainly seems like it's incomplete, but maybe not - a search of the FCC records for the callsign would be a place to start...

You can't say that this is a 10 channel system for sure because, as mentioned earlier, the LCN can be all over the place. Mike

I think this system might have switched to a DMR mode. I think it is the same company. Not sure LTR is very popular anymore.
