pro 96 digital scanner programming

i programmed york county Pa fire dept talk groups into the RS pro 96. I used the program from radio reference. and a computer and i dont pick anything up., Any suggestions? Mayland and other PA counties work except York county.

Extended tables

Someone local may be able to give you better info, but I think you need to use Extended Tables (WIN96) for the York TRS... possible values:

Extended Tables
#00 CH LO 0, CH HI 65535, Base 500.00, Offset 0, Step 12.5
