I entered it directly into the scanner without the computer and it is still not working

I am down here and while it is scanning it will stop and a talkgroup will come up but there is no audio

no it is doing that for all of the talkgroups. It keeps blinking when when it stops on a talkgroup. i think it is not prorammed correctly. are you sure that all you need to enter is the 505.000 380 and 12.5

Make sure to see the section there on programming VHF/UHF frequencies.

win97 won't work for the pro 96 will it you need win96

Look at the Thread you started in the NJ forum, someone answered you question there.

It's 3600 and since it's UHF it needs the custom table which was listed above
The Base is 505.000 the Step is 12.5 the Offset is 380
