Problem with Close Call

I have a BCD 536 new to me. I have to turn off the Close Call everytime I turn the radio on . If I don't turn off the Close Call I have a FM station on 92.100 MHZ. that turns on. I is there anyway to turn off Close Call so That it doesn't come on with the radio??

Are you turning off the radio by the power switch or killing the power supply to the unit?

Here is off off the wall question. When I turn my close call on. I will pick up an FM station. Can you block out that particular station so it doesn’t listen for that particular close call station.

If I turn on close call on my 436 and 200 and don't close it, it does stay on after a power cycle. On the 436 I just hit function and the system key turn it off.. Think the 536 is the same.
