Programming BCD325P2 with Proscan Trouble

Hi all. I am perhaps having some newbie issues but can anyone spend a few minutes on the phone or online with me to help me navigate programming my BCD325P2 with proscan? I am struggling to figure out how to save a database correctly to get it uploaded to the scanner with proscan. Thanks in advance for the help.

Are you saving the file to your computer?

Click on the "Database" tab at the top left of your screen while in Proscan. Then select "Save as". I have multiple radios, so I use the radio name and the date as the file name. Once you save it, use the "Upload to scanner" block.

Is your version of Proscan paid for, and registered? Or is it the unregistered version?

Thanks but the 30 day demo/trial is fully functional so it shouldn't matter.
