The Technisonic key fill cable is p/n 037348-1, it plugs into the same mini-DIN connector on the control head as the radio programming cable. The other end has the standard Motorola KVL plug that your local radio shop should find familiar. Since this cable is unique to Technisonic don't expect the local service shop to have one.
You'll need to check with Technisonic if any encryption options were installed in your radio & match the encryption type to what the external agency is using. It's possible to field upgrade a XTS5000 for various encryption types, but with FAA regulatory issues I don't think you'll find a local shop that would be willing to crack open a TDFM-7000.
