I am trying to add a bunch of frequencies to my scanner to monitor. Callsigns for FCC FRN: 0018851865 (ESL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION) the only information I have is that it is a digital system and Flower City Communications programs the radios and maintains it. I don't know how to add them to my HP1 via my computer or manually add them.

You can add them by using the Favorites List feature in the Sentinel software.
