Very new to this type of scanner, purchased for my mother. Went through the steps in the book downloaded software , found the information i needed for our county we live in , uploaded that to the scanner . must of done something wrong wouldn't pick anything up on scan. So i figured i would go back and reset to factory settings, now i get a error message when i try. Comes up on scanner as Heap Full 0C6COD : 80.. any help would be appreciated . Thank you
