this is what I need in scanner but not understanding how to put it in manually I am confused

Yep utilize the site search option in the upper right hand of this site, not an uncommon question. Also the Pro 652 is essentially the same scanner, so directions for those will work.
The pro 106 and pro 651 also program same way and are the portable versions of the 197.
