I am looking for help with programming my SDS150 using Sentinel software. I have programmed some freqs. But would like to add some local conventional freqs. I am able to create favorite lists and then systems but can't find any way to add the actual freqs. I have looked on You Tube for help. One site said to click on Departments in the right pane but couldn't find a department tab. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Programming the SDS150 is basically done the same way as for its predecessor the SDS100, and the previous model BCD436HP.
To add conventional frequencies, you'd first need to be in the Favorites List Editor.
In the Editor, you'd need to start with creating a system.

Click on the green "plus sign" to start that process.
Select Conventional as your system type, and give it a name.
Select your 'New System'.

Click on the green Plus Sign, under Departments, to create a department to add your new channels.
Now, select the Department you just created. Clicking on the green plus sign, under the Channel header, adds a channel for you to add you new frequency.
As you fill in each new channel, be sure to use the correct data for entry, You can specifiy analog or digital, If digital, you can specify P25, DMR, or NXDN, or Search if you are unsure which is in use. (IF programming DMR or NXDN, you would need to have purchased and entered the upgrade key for those modes.
Besides the manual link that
nessnet posted, there are multiple videos on YouTube for the earlier models (SDS100 & SDS200; BCD436HP & BCD536HP). Basic programming is identical for all of these models; the same steps are correct for your SDS150. Some are listed near the bottom of Page 2 of the BCD436HP/BCD536HP
FAQ page in the Wiki, as well as the
second page of the SDS100/SDS200 FAQ page in the Wiki.
