Seminole county fl. went to project 25, ive set up all the right things. My question is project 25 phase 1 is it nfm or just fm, reason I ask is im getting a good signal s-5 but it is garbled , and does the data decode rate make a difference mine is set to low 75 and high 95 ?using PSR 800
