It's on the 536, I've restarted the computer and router, It's over IP the scanner shows up on the router
Have you also restarted the scanner?
If restarting the scanner does not reconnect:
In Proscan:
1.Go to the Menu --> Comm. Port.
2.Click the Port combobox.
3.Choose URL.
4.Click the URL Setup button.
5.Check the IP address of the scanner. Example: --> 192.168.1.5
Select "Autodetect IP Scanner" if the IP address is not correct.
6.Click the Reconnect button.
