ProScan: ProScan - Missing application data folder?

I did a clean install of windows & reinstalled proscan
And now under test & extras
I do not see the data folder button
I only see the application folder button

did I do something wrong?
I used to like to go to the data folder to clear out some
data without messing up the program files
but now it seems like everthing is installed in one folder

If ProScan is installed in a folder other then the Program Files(x86) folder or running as Admin. then the "Windows File Explorer Application Data Folder" button will not show.

I'm not sure why you would use the button to clear out "some data" as the data will be rewritten to files when ProScan closes.

Okay thank you
do any other programs need to be installed first
such as one of those C++ Redistributables
I lost all of those when I did a clean install of windows 10
