Yep, extend your LCD BLINK OFF and ON times to something you prefer.

You cannot adjust the blink on-off on that display line. That only works on the 3rd line on a trunk system when it flashes from system info to TG info

Well, on my scanner it flashes between the VC and CC at the same time that line 3 flashes. And I can change them (together) by changing the LCD BLINK times. So I'm not sure what you are looking at...

I don't think that is correct. On my scanner the change on line two occurs when the channel is active. When voice is heard I see the frequency displayed. When the voice drops then I see the TGID displayed. Therefore, the only time the TGID is displayed is during the delay time which is usually very short during a conversation between two radios. I changed my blink rate and it did not change this operation, only the 3rd line.
Am I missing another setting that allows you to do what you say yours is doing ?

We might be talking about two different things... In a wildcard mode, the ID is on line 3, and that's what flashes based on the rate you are using. If you have the talkgroup programmed in, the alpha tag flashes on line 3, and if you have SHOW CC enabled, the CC flashes on line 2.

Line 3:
* Alternates between TGRP alpha tag and TSYS alpha tag. If it's a WC TGRP, the tag will be of the form "*ID: ttttttt", where ttttttt is the active TGID (or "*PC: rrrrrrr" for WC PC TGRPs).

Line 2:
* During the call, shows VC frequency.
* During "delay time", shows TGID for the active TGRP, in the form "ID: ttttttt" or "PC: rrrrrrr".
* If GLOB "ShowCCInfo" option enabled, will alternate CC freq with VC freq / TGID

No, it alternates the CC with VC (not TGID)

And it does NOT show CCInfo on EDACS systems.

First, the quote above is wrong. I said Line 2 shows that info, not line 3.

Second, I'm watching my PSR do exactly what I said:
* ShowCCInfo is enabled
* I'm looking at it during the "delay time" after the active call, while the radio is back on the CC
* Line 2 is alternating between "ID: 11344" and "CC03 488.987500"

EDIT: it wasn't mentioned before, but my above only applies to "SCAN" mode.
And it does NOT show CCInfo on EDACS systems.
Correct.

Ugh - another EDACS difference. Only the ID: remains during delay time, no CC or VC info.
