Has anyone else noticed that when scrolling through the objects list in manual and program mode, pressing the up arrow key advances down, and pressing the down arrow key advances up? All other operations with the arrow keys are as expected. I used Win500 to load the scanner, and the ID column was sorted ascending. Could this be a quirk with Win500?

No, it's the way the radio is setup. I believe GRE was aiming for a "spreadsheet model" for arrow key functionality in browsing. Imagine you are looking at a spreadsheet. The columns are Scan Lists, and the rows are Objects. So scrolling down is actually like scrolling down a list to higher numbers..
Works for me. I like it that way. But then I use Excel, Word, and Open Office too. :wink:

maybe not the same thing but i also have to think about that on the Pro-96,95 as well... to me scan down is 1-10 and scan up is 10-1.... so guess the 500 would agree with my logic better
