I don’t think there’s currently any way to see how popular or active a public playlist is. Are there any plans to add something like a “favorite” or “subscribe” button to give us providers better idea of how people are engaging with them? Possibly a stat of how many users are currently "playing" the playlist? I wouldn't think it needs to be public, but having that information as playlist creator would be super helpful! I understand that calls come from various and ever changing nodes, but if the playlist itself could be tracked?

If you go to the Broadcastify listings and click on your county it will show you how many are logged into your public playlist.
Scanner Radio App also tells you how many listeners you have.
This is regarding Public Playlists, not specific feeds.
Scanner Radio app supports listening to public playlists and shows the number of active listeners, same as a regular feed.
