Question about database submission

Hi,

I submitted two new frequencies for Maine and they have not been acted on. My emails to the Maine database person go unanswered at this point. The first is ticket number 108517 October 24, 2010 and the second is ticket number 111485 February 23, 2011. If the format is wrong then at least send me an email and ask for clarification. In return for my premium subscription I would expect some type of response by this point at least for the 2010 submission. Thanks in advance for the help.
