What is weird is that i cant get the SO and Meridian Polce Ch clear where the feed is at if the SO is out that way they have to use the Fire Ch to talk to dispatch.

Sounds like they need to invest in a new system, or add an additional tower. Pearl River Sheriff Office did that. They have a North tower and a South tower. You can go to either of the freqs and will hear dispatch and units talking. But when you're out of range of say the south tower those units switch to the north tower.. It's a very logical setup and it covers their county well.

Wellll not to long ago Meridian was interested in an 800 TRS... had freqs even.. but it went the way of the dodo... but who knows..... Anything is possible especially with the State's system a not to far off reality.
