Question: sds100 vs sds200

Does anyone know if the sds 200 gets more distance then the sds100 ??? Has anyone tested the two for range distance side by side ?

They're essentially the same scanner in a different case.

If you used the same antenna, you'd get similar results.

Okay thanks ... yea I have a comet gp6 for vhf & uhf & Wilson yagi for the 800’s .

Some SDS200s suffer from the hum problem that the SDS100 doesn't have.

You weren't very specific but yes for UHF anyway.
