More than likey they are using talkgroups on SAFE-T which just about every Co in INDIANA has but some just don't use. SAFE-T has some analog and some digital traffic and is TRUNKED so just tuning to a 800 mhz freq may not do you any good. Does this have to do with DAVIESS CO?

you will need a digital scanner like the PRO-106 cause all their talkgroups are "D" or digital.
