sometimes when i am on a fire channel, if a transmission goes out on lets say Burlington transit channel it auto switches to it. I know sometimes you may hear fire stuff on the BT channel. Why is this?

I cant really understand what you are asking here. Burlington works dispatchers can talk with BFS and vice-versa. There are patches in place and I think they can patch each agency toghether.

When im on my 996XT, trying to listen to lets say BFD Tac 2. if somebody starts talking to Burlington Transit Channel 1 my radio auto switches to that channel witch is kinda annoying.
